Certified Axiological Practitioner (C.A.P.):
The TVSG training sessions are increments of a seven-part educational process culminating in the granting of a diploma as a Certified Axiological Practitioner (C.A.P.). This certification confirms that the individual knows the basics of formal axiology and that they are competent to debrief the general Life Values Profile plus at least one “targeted” axiological profile. TVSG provides an introductory 2-day basic training and each new participant will be credited with 12 hours out of the 100 hour basic requirement. The educational fee for each participant is $3,500 (up front, or in monthly increments). If the individual has already been trained in any of our previous engagements such as members of the TTI group, the fee is $750 for one day of training on our report output innovations plus payment to members of our axiological expert review board. We focus on reviewing the Life Values Profile™ (the general profile most similar to the HVP) assessments in the introductory training session and also for those previously trained with another model like the PTSI. Then we will examine the other assessments for special interest groups – for use according to yours or your client’s interest and special needs.
The following 7 training stages are the educational process leading to CAP certification.
| 1. |
The preface & introduction to basic axiology: the first learning stage. |
| 2. |
Intro to the axiological profile structured debriefing process: the second learning stage. |
| 3. |
Review of the Dimensional Scan, the Scorecard and reports for diagnosis: the third stage. |
| 4. |
The Clarity “Styles” and “Emotional Conditioning” patterns: the fourth stage. |
| 5. |
The 2-part “Valence Structure” in 16 modules for each axiological dimension: the fifth stage. |
| 6. |
The “Remedial Strategies” and the goal-setting process serving as the first level of the TVSG coaching model: the sixth stage. |
| 7. |
Then each participant will take an oral exam with our review board of axiological experts. The other two components necessary for the granting of a CAP diploma are: writing and submitting 10 profile reports in summary form and debriefing a “targeted” profile relative to the participants SME area. Upon completing these requirements, the CAP diploma is granted. |
Certified Professional Axiological Coach (C.P.A.C.):
● CAP Certified participants are qualified to join the TVSG advanced training on the Playbook for Life, the coaching system structured by the three-dimensional value hierarchy, 13 axiological external patterns plus 13 self stages driven by the axiological dialectic - for a total of 26 coaching lessons. Applications to sports and to spiritual development (among other areas) are also offered.
● TVSG provides a series of training lessons on the axiological dialectic and the three-dimensional value hierarchy. Once these components are internalized, the lessons are easy to follow and implement in the coaching process.

Advanced Certification as a Certified Master Axiologist (C.M.A.):
« TVSG provides training on the advanced axiological consulting with organization & market assessments, the RISE
Profile business evaluator & the Compass Market Probe. We teach several business development modules to increase competence in this broader area.
« TVSG also provides training sessions on “conflict resolution” and “problem solving” and other topics relevant to our certified associates. These topics are covered from time to time in our weekly training teleconferences.
We extend a warm welcome to each one of you and we invite you to study and work hard to learn the material confirming competence as one of our certified “Master Distributors” (contract required). These sessions will prepare you to train others under you with support from our staff. After your C.A.P. certification, we will offer other training tracks that will lead to the second level certification as a Certified Professional Axiological Coach (C.P.A.C.) and those certified will be sanctioned to train other coaches. The coaching program will require additional instruction. Axiological coaching is an “educational” bridge between standard coaching and professional counseling. We estimate each participant will have as many as 200 hours training (or evidence of proficiency) for the Certified Master Axiologist (C.M.A.) certification.
Master distributors will be sanctioned to train others upon completing additional training (a great source of recurring revenue) and recommend them for certification by the TVSG “Review Board of Affiliate Master Axiological Advisors.” The board is comprised of several Ph.D.s and the diploma will represent completing an educational process similar to a University two-year diploma. Master Distributors will receive additional training and support at all stages of the business. All distributors must sign a distributor agreement which may be modified to suit special needs or conditions, and accommodate work already done toward establishing a viable business with TVSG.

Sports Axiologist (S.A.):
The S.A. training sessions are increments of a seven-part educational process culminating in the granting of a diploma as a Certified Sports Axiologist (S.A.). This certification confirms that the individual knows the basics of formal axiology as applied in sports and that they are competent to debrief the Team Sports and Individual Sports Values Profiles. TVSG provides an introductory 2-day basic training and four teleconferences. The educational fee for each participant is $1,700.00 and completion of the C.A.P. certification is required.

Master Sports Axiologist (M.S.A.):
This is the highest level of certification for our sports profiles. The person passing this course has demonstrated a very high competence in debriefing all the sports profiles in the TVSG suite. They are also skilled in Applied Axiology, meaning that they can go beyond interpreting the profile and use Axiology in organizing, designing and evaluating the sport, team, coaches, coaches styles and communication styles. Only individuals at this level can teach distributor certification courses. Five or more years in the field are required as well as six referrals from teams at the competitive level. Other check points are required to prove the level of “Subject Matter Expert” (SME) such as on-site evaluation.

Conflict Resolution & Problem Solving
Conflict involving people is a conflict of values, and generally happens because people are looking at the same thing from different perspectives. The differences in how people value, create or produce often generate various kinds of tension. Even wars are waged in an attempt to resolve or eliminate major differences in value. With a thorough understanding of the foundation of Axiology and its application through targeted assessments to individuals, the very essence of conflict can be understood, and the various forms of conflict can be precisely defined. Once we have the different forms of conflict defined, thus understanding why a given kind of conflict is present, we can proceed to creative, substantive resolutions. This technology can be directly applied to teams, work groups, supervisor-subordinate relationships, and management-labor relationships. Conflict analysis and resolution will be applied to many situations, including authority conflict, performance conflict, interpersonal-communication conflict and intra-cultural conflict. In this module, we will also address specific kinds of conflict resolution that are of interest to you or your clients.
The goal and objective of our training session on problem-solving, is to present a systematic axiological problem solving model, that you can use for yourself and with your clients to resolve virtually any problem. Most people refrain from making decisions because they are uncertain about the final outcome or consequences of their actions. They are afraid to make a decision because they accept the likelihood that they may fail. The model we present in this module enables each individual to organize and mathematically weight their own value hierarchy – what is most important to them in life - and consider each potential option or course of action in terms of how their own values would be impacted. Once the options are given positive or negative biases (value enhancers vs. detractors), the only task is to multiply the value weight number by the number of plusses or minuses to get a clear answer to the problem or the best resolution. You will be provided with the systematic formulas as well as examples and problem-solving value charts. As a group, we will practice utilizing the formulas and charts to resolve any problems you may choose.
Item Analysis: The Final Frontier
This is a highly participative and interactive module in which we will cover the 4th level of interpreting our targeted axiological assessments. You already have the knowledge to interpret and de-brief the “results” of the profiles, but that is like a doctor looking at and explaining symptoms to a patient. In this module, we will go back to each person’s individual rankings to determine what the source of their professional and personal value symptoms might be. How much do they over or undervalue certain items on the assessments, and what does this mean in the context of their job and/or their personal life? In working with an entire police department, we found that most of the officers ranked “I love my work” very highly, and right after that “I hate my work” and “No matter how hard I work, I will always be frustrated.” This had a great impact on their clarity scores, but only because we knew exactly what their rankings were, could we openly discuss why they felt the way they did, and work toward helping them see things in a different, better light. In a forced ranking instrument, the positioning of each item becomes important, and much more so with low clarity scores. This module will help you to gain a deeper understanding of why people make the choices they do, what their emotional programming is and why they ranked things the way they did, thereby opening the door for more targeted remedial coaching sessions. We ask that you submit profiles for our group review, and we will all learn a great deal from the profiles and each other.
The Organizational Knowledge Hive
In the world of nature, goals for the survival and success of each species are programmed into their genetic code. Of all living societies, the beehive is one of the best organized. Each honeybee survives through its individual contribution to the well-being of the hive. The Queen bee sends messages to the entire hive by chemical means and all the bees can understand this language. The success of one equals the success of all. All goals for the bees are pre-programmed genetically and cannot be changed.
Human beings are on a much higher level of differentiation. We have the capacity within ourselves to write our own program for survival and success. However, like the bees, human groups need access to all essential information such that every individual can be on the same page as the rest of the group – this is the organizational “knowledge hive.” Moreover, we can improve the program through the power of self-reflection, imagination and creativity. We can imagine a better life or a better company in the future, we can identify exactly what that better life would be like, and we can go after it in a systematic way and make it real – with each member of the group knowing what they need to do relative to the mission of the whole organization.
This is the tremendous power of goal-setting, which we often refer to as the “power tool” of management, because a clearly projected goal has the power to unite all work forces and available resources to bring about the desired future. The goal is the most powerful device for moving from what is now to what ought to be. A systematic, well-planned program can guarantee goal achievement, and goal achievement can guarantee your success, your team’s and company’s success, as well as the success of your corporate clients. In this module, you will learn an axiological program for goal setting and achievement. Axiology or value science can help you best identify, clarify, and structure organizational goals in 4 primary areas: systemic, extrinsic, intrinsic, and “resonance” or client/market interface goals. This will ensure that all the bases for a company’s solid foundation and growth are covered. If you are uncertain what goals to start with, the executive or management team should consider taking the RISE Profile™ which will clearly identify organizational gaps, and what dimension you should focus your goal-setting efforts on, for the best health and growth of your company.
